Exercise is excellent for channeling our racing thoughts. This circuit will burn the excess energy fuelling your chaos.

  • 8 stations [ A1 to A8]

  • 3 to 5 sets

  • 10 reps/each exercise

  • Rest 10s between exercises

  • Rest 2 minutes between circuits

A1 - Windshield Wipers (Straight Legs)

A2- Romanian Deadlifts

A3 - Cobra Push-ups

A4- Drop Reverse Lunges

A5 - Prone W-to-T Raises

A6- Hip Bridge + Adbduction

A7- Knee T-Spine Rotations

A8- Mountain Climbers
