Overcome Pain

Pain is a typical barrier to our exercise success. You fail to move forward because your aches flare every time you train. I helped an online client surmount this rut by finding and addressing his body's weakest points. He fixed them over nine months of work.

His adaptation phase addressed factors such as:

  • Eye movements

  • Teeth grinding,

  • Neck and upper back muscles

  • Foot function

  • Nutrition

  • Sleep quality

  • Limb strength,
