Good Posture for Children.png

We are born to move, yet few children get enough daily Exercise.

A child's brain grows as the body moves and feels the word, according to Dr. Robert Melillo the co-author of Neurobehavorial Disorders of Childhood.

Lack of physical activity and sensory stimulation hinder this process severely.

My work as a Kinesiologist has exposed me to countless adults with pain and posture problems over the last twelve years, some of which started at the dawn of their professional careers after graduation.

Many of these issues could be avoided with proper Posture Education.

The purpose of this program is to teach school children and their educators simple posture exercises to increase brain activity and blood flow after long seated periods.
