Alexandre Bernier
Alexandre is a Kinesiologist from Montreal with 13 years of field experience and 20 years of training. He launched The Online School of Exercise in 2015 and has since then helped thousands of students from all over the world.
Alexandre has witnessed the results HIIT workouts reaped amongst his clients and their popularity over the years. He is passionate about helping you achieve them, as well.

Yes, the supporting videos show you how to do the exercises and stretches properly. The first week serves to build up your foundations so you can progress into the more challenging workouts. You can also follow the program at your pace and adapt the workouts accordingly.
