Three years fly by fast. 

Mathieu is a Division 1 NCAA Baseball pitcher from Candiac, QC. We started working together in 2016 when he played for the Canadian Junior National team.

Our goal was clear from the start: Prepare him physically for his first season with the North Carolina State University Wolfpack, and have him in prime shape for the 2020 Major League Baseball draft.

This video follows three years of pre-season workouts. My mission as his Kinesiologist is to design a training strategy that will enable the highest level of performance upon his return to play, and protect his shoulder from the high-impact nature of the sport.
