Do you eat beets? I ate them once and forgot about it until the next morning when they showed up to remind me. As it turns out, beets are colorful storytellers.

After survival and avoiding food waste, I consider gathering information the highest priority driving my eating habits. What does my experience with food say about the highly complex organism I have to operate on a daily basis?

The beet test is one of the many tools available to study the functionality of my digestive universe. The results give me real-time information that fluctuates as I solve the Rubik's cube of my health.

Gathering your health data empowers you, and provides valuable feedback to the healthcare professionals working hard to guide you on your journey.

Have one serving of red beets prepared however you want, first thing in the morning. Take note of the time.

Spoiler alert: You will eventually see red, either in your urine or stool, don't panic. Take note of time, and if possible, whether it was in your urine or your stool (or both). We are interested the time difference between the two points.
