We inspect the foundations of a house before buying it, yet neglect the ones in our bodies. This week’s circuit targets the overlooked pillars of your temple. Time to strengthen the house of your soul.

  • 3-5 sets of 8-10 reps each

  • One exercise done after the other (A1 to A6)

  • Rest 10 seconds between exercises

  • Rest 2 minutes between circuits

A1 - Floor Hyperextensions
